"Two of the three elevators to my room on the 10th floor would not go to the 10th floor. Still not fixed when I left after one night. Ice machine on my floor didn't work and was not fixed by the time I left. Your blurb about the motel said that breakfast was included. Not exactly in those words so perhaps that's how you get away with not serving breakfast at the motel. Whatever the reason the wording in your blurb is very misleading about breakfast. So this tells me that there are other things...

"Honestly surprised to see the conditions it was in since it’s attached to a casino. Once you walk into the lobby it reeks of dust and, mildew and cigarettes and weed. Going thru the hallway to my room even worse if a smell, super unpleasant stains everywhere. Once I got into the room again stains everywhere, water stains on the curtains. Again mildew, mold smell. Ac didn’t really work, bed was super uncomfortable you could dead feel the springs. Honestly the worst stay I’ve ever dealt with....
