"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. "The theme was one of my favorite things about this place it was very clean and it had everything you needed! loved the variation of spices as well most places don’t have that many.The inside was very clean and I got some amazing rest on that bed.The balcony with the view of the lake was also pleasant will definitely be coming back."

"Trip was for business and all was ok. Hotel is under construction. Room was unfinished and had no hot water and shower stall leaked out onto floor. Also, I had reserved the room under my Hotels.com credit card but they made me pay for the room there. I believe hotel will be good once remodeling is finished."
