"Pros- Pretty good value, and great location (midtown). The cleaning staff did a good job of refreshing our room. Nice restaurants nearby, and staff were helpful when we needed to leave luggage. Awesome rooftop, definetely worth checking out. Cons- It is 112sq feet which turns out is quite squishy for a couple with luggage (even for NY standards). "A boutique feel."

"Clean room. Changed our room when our TV didn’t work. Location great- near Times Sq and food."

"Great room. The common areas could use some renovation"

"Functional airport stay - shuttle was delayed on pick up but staff were very nice"

"The hotel meets basic needs and that’s about it. It’s clean. Our only real problem was that our shower barely worked. It was a literal trickle and we could barely wash."

"Small bedrooms old towels no complementary water"

"Super close to MSG and Penn Station, Hudson Yards, and Times Square. Felt safe and staff was helpful."

"I liked I was able to store my luggage without a fee."
