"The availability of a smoking ashtray and smoking a few rooms away was disgusting. We were in a corner corridor with 3 other rooms and the cigarette smoke from the people in the room next to the stairwell around the corner wafted into the confined corridor we were in. The smoke smell seeped into our room and hit us in the face when we exited our door. Would stay again but definitely will make sure we are not in that corner again and will request room down the furtherest end"

"The young lady who checked us in has no customer service ability. Firstly she yelled from the top floor that check in was 2pm - no friendliness, no sorry but check in is not until 2pm however, you can leave your luggage. Extremely rude. Then she phones to say that if we don't check in by 3pm we need to get the keys from the locker. So everyone has a window of 1 hour to check in. Surely, she should not be in this job."

"Everything was good, we had a tiny home but had to go outside for amenities but there is a couple of steps to go down. It’s fine during daylight but in the middle of the night, could be dangerous , they need to paint a line around the edge of the step"
