"Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. "I was not told that the hot tub was not working until I checked in. And it did not get fixed/addressed during the next five days that I was there. I also had to ask each day for clean towels and for the door leading outside to the pool to be unlocked. However, the room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location."

"Enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was the best part. The room was not as clean. My son found a beer can behind one of the beds. The jacuzzi was not clean. Would I recommend for a quick stay, yes. Would I return, no."
