The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. "Gesamtes Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Klimaanlage kaputt (Aussentemparatur 35 Grad), Hotel insesamt sehr schmutzig, einige tote Mäuse entdeckt, Personal sehr unfreundlich. Noch nie so etwas erlebt!!!!"
