"No bath mat or tea towel provided
Crockery was dirty and layout of kitchen was designed for tall people only.
Had to pay extra for linen and towels and had to put linen on your self. Pillow cases did not fit properly.
Old style property.
Would not stay again. Rather pay an extra $30 to stay somewhere else.
Wifi was spotty and unreliable.
Limited hot water. Not enough for everyone in motel."
"Excellent property with all amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much! Highly recommend this place for an amazing enjoyable stay. It’s right near river or lake with gave us spectacular views of the Aurora Borealis."
"This was a complete waste of money and time.1 they had no staff other than the manager and a so called cook

"Booked to stay on Snow Hotel, Travelled all the way from USA, got to the snow hotel only to find out that NO snow hotel was made this year. DId not get any email from Expedia nor the hotel about any cancellation on the part of the hotel. SO FRUSTRATING. WASTE OF MONEY."
