Communication was friendly & useful for how to get there & local dining options (which was also brilliant, friendly and delicious.) They had kindly started the fireplace before we arrived. "Well stocked and equipped kitchen. Excellent! Only problem was that the kitchen was on the 2nd floor and hence no so convenient for the elderlies in my group. Most unfortunate that the penguins were gone. Pity."
