"Ik heb 4 nachten geboekt bij het Ibis Hotel. De locatie is goed en op loopafstand kom je bij Pantai Losari. Het personeel is vriendelijk en doet hun best jouw verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Echter, het gebouw en de kamers stinken ontzettend naar VOCHT. Het is gewoon niet gezond. Als je de lift uitstapt op welke verdieping dan ook. "Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again "

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...
