"As we had some disability and had a room with an accessible bathroom, This was on the first floor with a considerable number of steps and no lift. However, we were returning the following week and, although we could not be given a ground floor room (there weren't any) the staff promised us a room on our return that only had a few steps instead of a full flight of stairs. "Staying at Gleann an Ronnaich proved one of then highlights of my extended time in Scotland. The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast. Nothing seemed too much for the hosts, and close to town (Portree) too. Highly recommended!"
