"Fabulous staff. Fabulous small bar. Needs more and better food options. But, luckily, lots of great places in the area."

"The Wren was in a great location in downtown Missoula. Easy walking to the university, or out to dinner, or along the river. Staff was helpful with dinner suggestions. We appreciated that there was coffee available at 5:30 am for those of us that were traveling on, who wanted to get on the road early. "

The room looked very clean but we did find unknown hairs in the bathroom and after walking barefoot on the floor we noticed our feet needed wiping off...not disgusting just could be cleaned a little better. Also, we were not told there was a communal self service "closet" for extra towels, cups, etc. The entry configuration is difficult if you have a lot of baggage. "Might be the best place to stay in all of downtown Missoula as it's right in the center and once you park, you can walk to everything. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and all the restaurants. We will stay here again!"
