"Purpose of this stay was diving. Dive Center Pietermaai is just 4 doors away from Scuba Lodge. I just walk there and back. Outdoor shower by the pool next to reception was used to rinse off myself and my scuba gear after my dives. Nothing available to hang wet scuba gear out to dry. I just drape my equipment over chairs. Room was comfortable and spacious for me, a solo diver. However the mattresses have a pronounced dip/sag in the middle. Needs new mattresses. Housekeeping was wonderful...

"Decent place for a short stay. Recommend to have a car to go to the beach and restaurants."

"First day was a big disappointment. We came in at 11:00 because of an early flight, asked for an early check in, they told us the people from that room would leave at 12:00 and after that it would be cleaned immediately. The check in time is 15:00 and by 15:35 the room was ready. We asked for a compensation, because of the longer waiting time, but we never got it. If it was the other way as in a later check out, they would let us pay for it, but they’re even talking about our compensation...

"Todo bien. Solo que hay cucarachas y mosquitos. Falta mucha limpieza, el lugar es bello. La atención es buena por la recepción y el de la entrada de vehículos, muy amables... los demas son muy despotas. El precio esta 👌 excelente recomendado"

"The location of the property was ideal and having easy beach access was great. We enjoyed Mamdo Beach. The cafe in the hotel was a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The view could have been better but we really didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep. They need more parking. If parking is full and most nights it was we had to park next door and pay but the hotel did reimburse us."

"The place is very lovely. It is a great location. You can get to the bridge and everything within walking distance. Great location very beautiful. It’s mildly priced on the staff is wonderful. The food is very good. They have a nice layout for breakfast, so please include that in your hotel not too many places around there in that area to go eat. There’s one little quaint place that I can tell you about it’s called Marie’s but they have a very good breakfast and they change it up every day....

"Loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location and equal easy walking access to Otrobanda, Punda and Pietermaai. Loved the pool to cool off in the evenings and the staff are very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked very well, excellent water pressure for ladies with long hair. Rooms are clean and the hotel is period perfect. Can’t wait to go back"
