"Perfect home base in Cruz Bay! Staff were great, restaurant was very good and well-priced, rooms were simple and had everything we needed. The free off-street parking is a huge bonus if you have a rental car. Can’t be happier with our weeklong stay."

"You can hear everything in your unit from the center stair case. If there are children in the other units there is no way you’re sleeping past 7. You can hear everything !!! It’s clean and nice. Loved the market down stairs. "

"Restaurant food was terrible. The drinks were from Costco. Eat outside. The view is beautiful, the downside is listening to the wind all night. I don’t suggest anyone booking cabana room, if you don’t want to get bitten by bugs, plus the shower is gross. You end up paying more money for no luxury. The staff is not that friendly, they just stare at you. Plus Hanna the owner I guess, has free helpers working there. Think twice before you go there."

"Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. There are free flippers and snorkeling gear and you can switch out your beach towels yourself. Walking to the market took about 20 minutes, and about 15 minutes to town the...

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "
