"I enjoyed my stay at this place. The staff were kind and helpful. The place is located on tbhe main strip which is beneficial for taxi and local bus pick-ups. Something I wished the place had was more towels and provided toiletries. The basic bath towels were provided but no beach towels, hand towels, or wash cloth, which are small gestures that elevate the experience/stay. There also weren't any paper towels. Providing at least 1 roll or half a roll would've been great for the customer...
"The door had a key lock from the early 40s. We felt unsafe.?The bedroom floors had tile that needs to be power washed. The shower was barely warm.. It was temperature of Caribbean barrel water used to take a bath.
The furniture was dated, early 70’s. No elevator to transport luggage.

"That hill to walk off premises is a killer. I suggest an electric golf cart of sorts with staff to ferry guests up and down the hill to be a good idea. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the money I spent and time of the year (Spicemas)."
"We wanted somewhere quiet but close enough to other amenities and that's exactly what we got. Only 5 apartments so very private and relaxed. We needed a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for the whole holiday but we also wanted the beach to be close. Here we got a pool and a small beach c2 mins walk away which the kids used a lot. We also found the short cut to grand Anse beach which only took 5-10 mins. We used the local reggae buses when it was too hot to walk into town which were cheap and...
"I have been pondering long and hard before writing this review. My wife and i planned this trip well over a year knowing that accommodation in Grenanda for the carnival was difficult. We went in search of a hotel in January to beat the rush for the August festival. Pickings were slim, all hotels booked, meaning now only guest houses would be available. Lo and behold this property appeared and was a bit pricey, but promising. We were excited, city stay, great views and close to all the events....
"Nice place to stay. Communication was good. When I first came my shower wasn’t working properly, but the plumber came right away and changed the shower head to a brand new one with great water pressure! AC was nice and cool which my daughter loved! I woukd recommend"
"La Sagesse is the place to come if you want an enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing getaway. It's like an oasis. Every single member of the staff is very attentive to your needs/requests as well as genuinely caring. The beach is literally steps from your room. The food is fresh and tasty. If you want to go into St. George's, the bus ride is scenic and inexpensive - or the staff can arrange other transportation. I always thoroughly enjoy my stay at La Sagesse and highly, highly recommend it."
"The actual location and property is 10/10. I love the peace and quiet and non-touristy vibe of the place. Rooms were huge and airy and have that amazing old colonial architectural feel to it. "The place is a junk not even worth staying there. The host Sharon act like she care but once I saw the place and realized nothing looked like what was see on expedia. she became a different person. I told her we could not stay there.
Expedia have the property listed 4 minutes walk to the beach the only way to get to any beach was by taking a taxi. The pool look dirty and it’s like go in at your own risk. The place had a tv as small as an IPad. The bathroom look worst than a public restroom....
