"Staff were friendly and helpful. Although my breakfast was included I never had it as if finishes 9.30 am and I eat after 10am. Had to ask just for a spare sheet as I don't use duvets. My pillowcases was mismatched white sheets cream pillowcase looked dirty because of colour difference but exchanged no problem. Didn't use pool as too many kids. Walls are paper thin so could hear lots of noise and doors banging. Ideal for adults with kids wouldn't recommend for single women room was very small,...

"プレミアリーグのサッカーチームがあるイギリスの避暑地という事で訪れたが全体的に施設が老朽化しており、多くの観光客が訪れるせいか街自体も汚く、海岸もそんなに綺麗ではない。あくまでもイギリス国民向けのカジュアルな保養地と言った印象で、海外からわざわざ訪れるに値しない。ただ海岸沿いにあるホテル群の中で一番外観が綺麗だったホテル(当ホテルではない)の一階レストランで食べた夕食は、今まで総計3週間ほどイギリスに滞在して食べた食事の中で一番美味しかった。"

Front entrance had cigarette butt's beer cans and bottles littering it. Very upsetting"

"Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."
