"El personal del restaurante super mala actitud, parecía que les insultabas si pedias algo adicional. Un día pedí si me regalaban mayonesa y no quiso el mesero que porque no tenía la llave donde la guardaban, otro dia estuvo una señora con un genio y le pedí mayonesa y nunca me respondió ni me dio nada. "The rooms use a key from both sides of the door. We were given one key. My husband went to breakfast early and I went to join him later but discovered I was locked in the room. "Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. "Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it.
Location was great for easy access to everything."
