"We stayed Saturday night in the studio apartment, which is directly opposite the main hotel. The entrance hall is a little run down but the apartment itself is excellent! Really comfortable and clean with separate bed, living, dining and kitchen areas. It has everything you need for a night or two, right down to a jar of sweets and a yoga mat. "Lots of parking. Breakfast was very good ( I did ask for soya milk but they only had oat milk) other wise lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was suitable for a one night stopover, bed very comfortable. We were out in the rooms outside not in the main part. This is an old quaint countryside hotel this is what we wanted and liked. We didn't have an evening meal so can not comment on it. Other wise all in all would recommend."

"What a welcome to the punch house. We arrived and they knew we was staying. Offered a drink before check in and a love service from the staff there. The food smelt amazing as soon as you walk through the door. Shown to our rooms and it was perfect. Not too big and not too small. Bathroom with shower was clean and hot. Perfect size beds which was very comfortable. Will be heading back soon to try out the food. "
