"The initial staff interaction was notably unfriendly and unwelcoming, lacking even basic greetings. The subsequent staff, however, was satisfactory, with special commendation for Erica, who managed the breakfast buffet. Her exceptional service, engaging conversation, and the quality of the food significantly enhanced the experience."
"Main issue was the parking was on the street. A busy narrow street. Front desk did help to secure a spot and later in the evening I was able to move my vehicle to right in front. To me self parking available is a lot off street. Otherwise, it is a solid 3 star property that is appropriately priced."
"We had an amazing stay! We loved the meals at the restaurant & the ambiance as well. Beautiful place. The staff was attentive, polite & very accommodating. We enjoyed horse rides & got massages as well. The views from the cabins are amazing! Do be prepared for mosquitoes at night. Unfortunately we are sensitive & the bugs love our blood so we left with many bug bites. Yet we would do it all over again! 💛"
