"The staff were incredibly helpful and nice throughout my stay! The hotel itself was nice, and the included breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, The only downside was that you could hear noise from the hallway, but overall it wasn’t too disruptive. I’d recommend this hotel!"
"Schönes modernes & sauberes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett.
"Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the lake that’s about 5 minutes away. Beautiful Mountain View. Definitely worth it super close to the town of Villach. We be back for sure!"
"Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online."
"Exceptional food! Truly one of the best tasting menus I’ve experienced among Michelin‑starred restaurants.
Clean nice room and also very nice and peaceful location."
"Very nice and helpful staff! The breakfast area is beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent.
The apartment badly needs renovation. There is traffic noise from the adjacent street.
However, the nearby lake with free access and the welcoming atmosphere make up for the shortcomings."
"Great setting! Staff seemed dismissive. Nice restaurant but service was poor.. With a little better personal effort from the staff this could be a five star stay"
"Fabulous stay
The room was great, lovely style, large and roomy and immaculate.
Breakfast was excellent; great variety of choices.
Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly.
Highly recommend."
