"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. "Great staff especially the lady in reception who did our check in (unfortunately I don't remember her name) she was really helpful warm and always smiling, we were group of four and we all live in London, we visited this city for a night only and our stay were great. All the staff were really helpful and happy, Room was great very clean, breakfast was really nice."
