"Cozy little hotel. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Very centrally located with shops and restaurants around even during our stay in the off season. Only con is no A/C so we had to sleep with windows/doors open and the street was noisy. Thankfully we had ear plugs."

"Overall, this is a lovely property and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed that all of the tables at the windows were reserved for breakfast. It is an included buffet and yet it was not possible to sit at the windows. I sat down, ate a leisurely breakfast and not one of the reserved tables were used. If you are going to allow reservations, you should require a time of arrival. I also had issues with my shower and it flooded the bathroom and flowed into the...
"This boutique hotel showed all the charm of a classic Swiss manor house from its solid wood finishes to its top notch service. 10 minutes from the local train station, it was a quick cab ride to the hotel and there were lots of places to eat nearby. Clean with top notch service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want the hustle and bustle of a large hotel."

"Wonderful small hotel. Staf are all fabulous with particular thanks to Lorenza, Kathlyn and Andreas. Centrally located. Post bus stop very close, so is the Surovas station. Coop next door. We had three different types of rooms. One double room was a little tight. We had a great dinner at Stuva restaurant. Breakfast buffet adequate. They picked us up from the station and also dropped us at Samedan for a small fee. Highly recommended."
