"De ansatte viste seg å være fleksible og vennlige ut over det vanlige. Frokost ble fikset lenge etter at den egentlig var avsluttet.
Rommet var ok - men oppgangen i et gammelt leilighetskompleks kan skremme kunder."
"I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a great view of the city with a huge private terrace. The buffet style breakfast was wonderful with many breakfast options. The room was clean with lots of storage space for my clothing and suitcases. I had to leave early for a flight to return home and they even packed a meal to go box for us! The staff went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay again on my next trip to...
"The hotel location is good but only if you don’t have a car, staff are nice but not available all the time.
Breakfast is okey for the price you have paid don’t be surprised if we ask you to pay more that what you already planned!"
"The hotel was very quaint, beautifully restored and renovated in a great walkable location. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. Bonus, the attached lounge had a nice vibe with great music."
"The staff at Mattis Hotel played such a huge part in making my husband’s 30th birthday in Tirana incredibly special.
Before we arrived, I reached out because I was planning a surprise for him. The team helped me coordinate everything behind the scenes, received the birthday decorations I had ordered, arranged everything, and made sure I could pull it off without my husband suspecting a thing.
They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and handled every request with ease....
"- The hotel staff was not responsive to our repeated requests to make the air-conditioning work. Our room was significantly warmer than the hallway :( Very disappointed!
- Aside from the concern stated above, this hotel does offer good value and good location."
"Reasonable location. An easy walk to the central or a short taxi ride from most places. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the breakfast. It was horrible. They really need to improve on that."
"We got bumped to another hotel, we bought a room for 2 beds we got one bed, we were sent 15 out of town, I had to pay for taxi to get to my tours for 3 days. They was no pick up area at the replacement hotel as it was on the highway.
Not very happy, very disappointed"
