"Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. "Lipis Plaza Hotel is very clean and modern. Wifi worked well and many outlets in the room for charging my devices. (Some hotels have only 2 with the TV and fridge plugged into them. ) Included Breakfast was good. "

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

"Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small.
