"Stayed 2 nights in spremium deluxe rooms. Overall stay was average nothing exceptional good or bad. "Very close to beach. Practically right on the beach quote with a few descent dining options walkable. Staff is very helpful and service is good. Breakfast provided was descent and tasty. Descent kept facilities. We had some issue with bathroom but staff managed to arrange a plumber and took care of it. Overall good place to stay for a beach vacation. Recommend for families with kids and elderly people."

"As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. I paid around 8500 INR for a property which is not even worth 500 INR . I do not expect expedia to have tie ups with such property. "

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the overall environment, we had no choice but to check out immediately and book another hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Unfortunately, the entire booking amount for the two rooms was wasted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
