"We enjoyed our stay at the Tierra Viva Puno hotel. The location was great a few blocks away from the city center. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful..The bed mattress was very good and all the linens were clean"
"First, communication was difficult because the front desk staff spoke very little English. Second, despite being a 3-star hotel, they do not provide free cold water. Additionally, the hot water station lacked clean cups, so we had to ask staff to replace them. Finally, there was no hairdryer in the room, meaning we had to walk down to the front desk to get one. Many basic services could easily be improved, but unfortunately, they weren't.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
"Comfy beds and good restaurant with room service available. No free water or tea apart from at breakfast but they did pack us a breakfast box when we had an early start. "
"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"
"Très bonne option si vous souhaitez dormir à Los Ouros car à l’ecart de la foule! Au calme!
Chambres standards = grand bungalow traversant sunset/sunrise grande baies vitrées
Terrasse avec bed
A l’interieur, verranda avec plafond vitré pour admirer les étoiles.
Plat unique proposé le soir et quelques snacks.
Moment hors du temps."
"The hotel was a good location and staff was lovely.
Main issue, we were given an indoor window room . So there was no air circulation and you could hear everything going on in the hotel. Breakfast was noisy.
