"Altijd een lift… nu nét niet, terwijl we ‘m wel nodig hadden. Helaas. Verder een prima verblijf. Vriendelijke receptioniste en een schone kamer. De rookmelder was door een vorige gast onklaar gemaakt en dat was kennelijk bij de schoonmaak nog niet opgemerkt. Bij vertrek was er helaas even niemand aan de receptie te bekennen om dat aan te melden. Lokatie was helemaal prima. Met de fiets waren we in 10 minuutjes in het centrum."

The parking within hotel premises and location 5mn walk from the historical center makes this hotel a perfect place to stay when visiting Albi. Hotel is located in a quiet street with no car circulation noise. I recommend to any visitor there."

Les petits déjeuners, les meilleurs que j'ai pris en voyage, très copieux salés, sucrés, 1 large choix de pains, viennoiseries, céréales, fruits, fromages, œufs, jambon, laitages, fruits, confitures, jus de fruits, crêpes... tout est frais et excellents !!! Le personnel aux petits soins, vraiment accueillant 😍"
"We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...
