"We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely."

"Do not stay there. Just before I got in the hotel I was told to buy the reception that I need to go to different hotel because there was something wrong with our room. No one warned me of that before our arrival. We we booked for two nights and we were told to go just for one night in this other place until they fix the room and next day to come back to the hotel. Extremely unprofessional. I demanded that they find a room for two nights so I don't have to pack twice as we were with two kids....

The five-star treatment started there and continued until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifuly decorated, with a large, immaculate bathroom that added to the luxury. Every breakfast was delicious, varied and rich.
