Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr gemütlich, Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche , ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen . Das Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr schmackhaft, es ist immer genügend von Allem da. Der Parkplatz ist in der Nacht mit Toren gesichert und es sind auch genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Hotel Varnsdorf fühle ich mich immer sehr wohl und freue mich schon auf den nächsten...

Der Wellnessbereicz stand wegen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht zur Verfügung. Darüber wurdr ich im Vorfeld zwar informiert, allerdings nur mit der Information, dass nur für Sauna nicht zur Verfügung stand. Bei Ankunft würde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass auch der Pool und Whirlpool nicht zur Verfügung stehen. "

Die Türknäufe waren kaputt, die Heizung hat kaum funktioniert und die Wohntextilien waren leider so verstaubt und ungepflegt, dass ich kaum nachts atmen konnte. Das Frühstück ist mangelhaft. "

"The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us.
