"I really debated whether to rate this hotel a 2 or a 3. It wasn't horrible, but I decided that I plan on never staying there again -- so I settled on a 2. The staff that I interacted with were fantastic. Both the man at the front desk and the woman inside the breakfast area were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was fine. There was a good variety of items. It also appears that the room has a fresh coat of paint and newer flooring. Besides a spitball on the bottom of the wall...

"Absolutely wonderful!!! Very beautiful and relaxing hotel in great location! Clean and modern, free shuttle to the park and just perfect for family trip. We will definitely stay again!!"

The view is perfect- sitting poolside and overlooking Riverwalk, and waterway. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and our view of waterway was great"
