"Had a very pleasant stay at the Norcroft Guest House. The hotel is clean and comfortable and located in a quiet part of Penrith, just a short walk away from the town centre. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Great value for money too!"

"It’s hard to comment properly as we arrived late in the dark but even still the staff on the desk were so friendly greeting us, and super helpful and understanding when I realised I’d made a mistake with the booking. It’s lovely and quiet despite being so close to the motorway. Immediately put at ease and reassured that it’s a great place to stay, even if as it is for us just an overnight stopover mid journey. "

"The whole place is spotless and great location, the price was fantastic for a family and the room had nearly eveything you could need ( no milk for a cuppa). Only snag was it was red hot and the staff didn't know how to turn off the bathroom heater which was in full whack and too hot to touch, the window in there is a low level skylight accessible from the bath by a child so not safe to remain open as advised by the lady on the phone, so myself and my children were up and unsettled all night so...
