"Perfect place to stay on the edge of Graz. Rooms are spacious and clean w big bathroom/shower. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Parking is free right beside entrance."
"The website system was down for at least 40 minutes before I wanted to check in. It slowed down all process. After checking in, it still needed time for the them to review all information."
"This hotel was advertised with a self-parking but turned out to have only a limited number of spots. The staff told us to park in nearby lots, where ever we can find a spot.
The worst issue was that the room had a very inconvenient layout."
"This is a good hotel, but a bit dated. Could use some renovations to make it more attractive. The hotel is set up on the hill and has nice park for the kids. Breakfast was great, plenty of food choices. The room was ok, there are no outlets by the beds so a bit strange. This hotel has potential if they update it."
"Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The hotel is old, and needs renovation. No A/C on the room, but at least there was a fan that could cool us down. Free parking."
