"Praia Confort is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, within a 5min walk of the beach and several restaurants. The room was on the small side, but the beautiful mountain views from the balcony made up for it. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the service was a bit of a mixed bag. I found the male staff friendly and helpful, while my interactions with the female staff were less welcoming. The bathroom was also quite small, and the soap...

"Right in the heart of Assomada. I stay here every time. "

"The staff allowed me to treat it like my own home."

"What a wonderful piece of heaven. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the food, service, cleanliness… I can go on and on and any compliment would still not do it justice. I highly recommend staying there and will certainly stay there when I’m back."

"I paid with Expedia and the hotel made me pay again at the property "

"This isn't a hotel but just one room behind Rua Banana. Unable to contact in advance. After a long hot day I showed up at the room only to be told by the neighbors that the room has a problem. They called the owner Fatima and she advised me to go to another hotel. Unfortunately the other hotel demanded payment in cash. When I called Fatima again she told me she had no connection with Expedia and that I should pay again! If the room has a problem why not cancel the booking without wasting my...
