"Staff was courteous and attentive. Property was overall clean. After being in the room for about 45 mins we realized room’s fridge was not working properly so we told front desk staff. They moved us to another room. This room had a sofa bed and when we opened it, there was food residues like chips, popcorn… we didn’t use it because it wasn’t clean. Beds were comfortable. TV: we used the remote to look for a channel guide but we couldn’t figure it out. We had to go one by one to find programs...

"Very disappointed…no free bottles of water in room; had to pay $5.00 per small bottle of water. No room service was very inconvenient. Night staff desk lady was very rude with poor attitude. Upon arrival at 2:30 A.M., the elevator had strong odor of pot smoke. When this was reported to the desk clerk, she gave the impression of not caring and had no intention of reporting this problem to her superiors…dismissed our concern. "I was here previously and loved it. This time was no different. I brought my son so he could play in the pool and play he did! Everyone is very friendly. The breakfast is good. There are a lot of cool places in the area. Definitely a good time. Bring your family this place will not disappoint."

"Loved the welcome when we arrived and while at the hotel. Fresh coffee, tea and water in the lobby was a plus. Very clean. Easy access to Hall Rd. Lots of towels. Great tv. Felt secure. Knew we could ask staff about any concerns. Breakfast was good. Lovely lady that kept everything refilled. All in all, a great stay and great price. Will stay again when in the area. P.S. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 5-10 minutes away."

"Best part of my stay? I had a bed. Reality of my stay? TV didn’t work, exposed wires under the head board, toilet runs continuously, hand soap was a useless crumbling mess when we opened it. Truthfully I can’t say I’ve stayed in worse hotel / motel!"
