"I’ve stayed at different apartments within the same building and they are always clean, easy to get into, and have everything you need. Very quiet area and close to the airport"
"When we arrived it was 37,5 degrees Celsius in the room. Turned on the AC but after 1,5 it was still 34.
A clean and nice place. But the service level from the staff is not exactly 5 star.
Nice place, but now ended up as a nightmare night from a sleeping point of view.

"The access to the building and the apartment is ultra modern. You are able to control outside barriers and gates, the building and apartment entries, and even elevator using a web interface, Make sure your phone is charged before you come and during your stay or you could be in for a surprise.

"Besides beautiful location and very elegant resort, receptionist, Gabriela, was very responsive to our requests and made the necessary accommodations right away."
"It was advertised to have a restaurant and lounge. It had neither. I know everyone blames Covid, but just change your description. not so difficult, do not over promise and under deliver."
"Hotel took my money never gave me instructions on the locked door. I had to sleep on front cement porch and go to bathroom in front yard. They never answered my calls or messages to open door. In the morning they were awake. Manager told me she would give me refund but after hours with Expedia customer service hotel lied. This hotel is a scam. Stay away. Worst hotel in my 35 years of traveling"
"We requested a non smoking room, but our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It says it has a restraunt and lounge, it does not, the closest food is a dominoes pizza about a kilometer away. The outlets were coming off the walls with exposed wires and the door showed signs of ha ing been broken into with damage on the door and jamb. The bed was uncomfortable with sheets and blankets that didn't cover the bed. The staff were rude. It does have parking and is close to the airport."
"This hotel was listed on Expedia as having an airport shuttle. However, this turned out to not be the case. I was able to order an Uber for the pick up and, since it is in fact close to the airport, the charge was minimal."
