"King room with balcony. Room 201 had a beautiful water view.... the rest of the room was terrible. Mattress was turned up at the corners. Visible lumpy mattress ... like it looked like kids were hiding in the bed. Asked about switching rooms but there were no other rooms available. I had an event to attend so i had to make it work. Drain in tub kept closing thus water pooling while showering. Fast forward to the next morning, we were tired & sore from sleeping on lumps. The balcony door didn't...

"Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone...
