"Overall a good stay. Like other reviews state, this is an older place and could use a bit of a makeover. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was typical Italian hotel breakfast which was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Location is excellent. There is no parking if you are driving."
"The property was in a central location close to everything. The host Mario was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had the most comfortable bed of our entire vacation."
"Property is well located and staff was really helpful. If going in a rental, make sure you call ahead of time to register the car with the city and have a parking spot in one of the nearby garages. Parking is definitely scarce in Ortigia.
The images from the hotel show a gym, that is a bit misleading."
"After some difficulty finding the entrance to the parking area, we made our way to the building entrance. Could use some more signage to note that the B&B was located in a building that also housed apartments.
The elevator was easy to operate. Lots of codes to get into the various spaces, but easy to use. The staff was super helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The only negatives were that there wasn't enough light over the bathroom sink for shaving or putting on make-up, no shelf in the shower...
"Bien situé si vous avez envie de marcher pour aller visiter Ostigia à pied. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un grand confort! Acceptable pour une nuit! Pauvre petit déjeuner"
"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection were varied and tasty. The staff were very professional and helpful. Great spot very walkable to downtown and other sites."
"Clean and comfortable. Nice welcome and spacious room. Breakfast is a little quirky as it’s all served à la carte. But there’s a good selection of items. I used the valet parking which took a long time to arrive when I was checking in but for check out the car was ready early. A nice stay. Would stay again."
"O hotel tem uma localização perfeita, a uma quadra da Via Etna e 3 minutos do metrô. A decoração é maravilhosa, tipicamente italiana. E a Alessandra é uma anfitriã super gentil e acolhedora"
"Room was okay, and breakfast was very good. A really nice terrace for breakfast. Our bed was rather firm, and the design of the shower in bathtub made it very difficult to shower without water getting all over the floor. The elevators were small and required one elevator to get to the lobby on the 4th floor, and a second elevator to get to the room on the 3rd floor. You had to then go up to the 4th floor and switch elevators to leave the hotel."
