"Parking,great location"

"Cute hotel right downtown"

"Pool was closed. Breakfast was mediocre at best."

"Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Lots of construction in the area, with a surprising amount of street noise in the evening. Ask for a room away from the elevator to avoid noisy guests disturbing your sleep."

"The building was very neglected; the light bulbs in the room didn’t work—honestly, it was disgusting."

"Loved the gym— spacious, clean and well equipped. The gym was the main reason I chose this property. Room was clean and all of the USB charging ports were helpful."

"I"

"As I drove into the hotel parking ready to check in, I noticed the arch above the entrance was cracked into places a truck must’ve run into it and still was not repaired. The guy who checked me in was pleasant enough, the lobby was really Nice I got to my room and noticed several stains on the carpet. Looks like they had been there for years. when I went back from my luggage. I couldn’t help notice that the clientele was less than desirable. I guess that’s what you get when you have a low rate...

"Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel"

"It was a good stay."

"Stayed for 5 nights, but the room was only cleaned once. When we complained to the front desk on our last night they said we had opted out of room cleaning. We were never asked at check in or any other time. When we then asked for partial refund we were told it was not possible because we booked the room with a third party. Not cool Marriott."

"it was ok"
