"I stayed at the complex across the street from the main casino. They did not mention in the reservation that you had to check in at the casino across the street. Went to the address and looked for the check in and there was a sign to check in across the street. So I drove over there. There is no staff at the complex at all! It is very outdated and run down. Very musty smelling combined with smoking! Carpets in the room and building are very dirty! The bathroom ceiling had brown moister spots all...

"First room we were given, had a bad odor and we requested another room I am a senior as was another family member we were given a room at the end if the property where there were hardly any other guests The second room was better, but still in the last building. Check in took about 20 min and as i asked questions the term " third party" was repeated numerous times. So because we chose to use expedia to book our room we were penalized as the desk clerk pointed out "third party"...

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Rainbow Hotel. The location is excellent, right off Interstate 80, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and we slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose...
