"Visited with family- turns out this place isn't even available. Stranded with family at 1am after 5 hour flight delay. Host contacted the next day to let us know this place shouldn't still be showing up since they are no longer renting it out for booking... yet I'm not able to get a refund... for a place we never even saw... horrible. "

"왠만하면 후기를 잘 남기지않지만.....가족여행은 정말 비추입니다.첫날 밤비행기도착 잠만 자는 용도로 예약했는데 도착한순간 불꺼진 음산한 아파트 분위기였습니다. 나이가 지긋한 노인분이 문잠그고 잠들어계셨고 문을 두드려 왔다고 알렸어요.올라가서 방을 안내받았을때도 아...사진에 속았구나....너무 오랜된 아파트먼트여서 실망을 했어요 (위치도 외진데다) 넓고 베드가 킹사이즈 2개가 넓게 자보고해서 선택한건데...방이 그닥 넓은 느낌도없고 노후되서 아이들도 남편도 너무 실망했어요 2만원짜리 방이지만...찬물밖에 나오지않고,바디워시도 없어요.베란다문이 잠기지않아 남편은 도둑이 들까봐 걱정하며 잠들었어요.보안상 문제도 있었고 데스크에 안내하는 남직원은 그닥 친절하지않고 말도 별로 없어요.묻는말 이외엔 서비스를 제공하고자하는 마인드가 없어요.생수도 공짜가 아닙니다 음료가 유료인줄알고 결제했는데...물 2병도 돈을 받더라는...전기도 콘센트 안되는 곳이 많아서 드라이를 제대로 못했고,드라이기도...

"Nice place to stay. My favorite was the big refrigerator with freezer. I was able to make ice for my drinks. It’s a bit of a walk back an alley, but the neighborhood is nice. And it’s still only takes about 6-7 minutes to get to the beach."

Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme: Die auf Expedia angegebene Adresse war falsch und lag etwa 3 km vom tatsächlichen Standort entfernt. Zudem wird das Hotel als „Ruby Luxury Hotel“ geführt, vor Ort heißt es jedoch nur „Ruby“. Ein kostenloses Upgrade war laut Buchung inklusive.
