1. ذا رويال دايليفورد هوتل

Daylesford

"Staff were very friendly and not arrogant at all. Very down to earth which we enjoyed and felt very welcome. Room was very big and not felt crowded. Shower was a double in a renovated modern bathroom. There were tables and chairs on the balcony up stairs that we could sit and watch the world go by. Meals were a good size and delicious. Car parking at rear too. Tables and chairs with an umbrella outdoor seating were popular. In the heart of the Daylesford township making it an easy access to...

"Nice location but not suitable for an extended stay. No wardrobe or hanging space for clothes. Contrary to description the so-called kitchenette had no stovetop or cooking utensils, and there was no bench space for food preparation. Crockery set was incomplete. One of the 2 dining chairs was broken, reading lamp broken, globe missing from other reading lamp. Shower screen missing, causing bathroom floor to get wet and slippery. No wi-fi. No facial tissues or face washers provided. French doors...

"A terrible experience and a holiday ruined. We arrived to find a man in the house who could not speak English and did not know we were arriving. The owner said he would be leaving after he put the towels away however he came back on another occasion, did not knock and just walked inside. The house was FILTHY!!!!! The sheets had obviously been slept in and I had to go and get some clean ones late at night so the kids could go to bed. My husband had to scrub the toilet. The man was standing in the...

"Great location and comfortable beds with electric blankets thats the only positives. The house needs a good makeover and freshen up...its very tired looking. The carpets are badly stained. The couches are badly stained. The fireplace doesnt really heat up the lounge room. The heater doesnt go past 20. The toilet doesnt flush properly and the button to flush is partly broken. Due to the bedroom being at the front of the house you hear all the road traffic and a TV in the room would really make...

"We found the accommodation to be very nice. The only issues we had were, 1) Finding the place, the directions weren’t great. The people at the Accommodation office weren’t overly helpful, stating “ that they never had a problem before??” 2) We had a wedding at 3:30pm and we understood that check in was 3:00 pm but we asked if we could get in a bit earlier if nobody was staying in the room. Even tho nobody was staying, the staff seemed extremely reluctant to let us in to get changed If that’s...
