"The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful but we felt the price doesn't really match the services and facilities. The hotel room didn't even have a kettle to make tea or coffee, which is a standard anywhere else. Somehow we ended up having a kitchenette but no plates, no cutlery, no kitchenware to actually use the kitchenette. There were details in the room that in hotels of this price range shouldn't be occurring such as a crooked shelf, broken door knob etc. The breakfast was quite basic and...
"This is a one-of a kind old hotel in the center of Stenungsund, the rooms are small and quirky, not soundproof (you can hear snoring through the wall), but my room has a small balcony, a weird but fun bathroom sunken down a few steps, and the breakfast was great. It is tight with space, but cozy and old-fashioned Swedish way. I love it, but it will not be for people that want modern fancy. This is historical instead."
