Then lied and said the one they moved us to was an upgrade and refused to fix it. Sorry y'all, but going from a 600 sqft room down to a 400 sqft is not an upgrade. "The hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep for one night. Beyond that, I can’t recommend it. The staff was consistently unpleasant. The lobby is attractive and inviting, but that’s where the positives end. The rooms are outdated and greeted us with a strong musty, mold-like odor the moment we opened the door. The smell was overwhelming and lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom amenities were minimal, and the room showed a noticeable lack of upkeep. Thankfully, I keep cleaning...

"Room was clean but the south-facing windows were covered to with some kind of shade cloth on the outside , which looked terrible and prevented guests to look out of the window. This made me feel somewhat claustrophobic , especially since I just came from a hotel in Richmond that had no window at all. The complimentary breakfast was great , excellent choices , and great service and clean-up The complimentary shuttle was prompt and service excellent ."

"Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The smoke Pitt in the outside common area was broken . Someone damaged outside pool, hotel couldn't fix the problem so the pool was shut down which was a HUGE inconvenience. The king suite wasn't spacious but it did have a little kitchenette and a large bathroom/shower. Hot water comes and goes so if u like lukewarm water you will be fine. Valet parking was a must bc parking in the area is scarce and hard to find. Location was nice because...

"The staff was amazing!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome fitness center, one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Great location. Good Breakfast. Overall a clean and well run facility. A couple things i didn't like was my room carpet was stained and the bathtub was draining slow. I would stay again. Fix those 2 things and my rating goes from good to excellent."

"I had a great experience at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Morrisville. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near the airport, making travel easy. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for an extended or short stay. The complimentary breakfast is decent, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel...

"This place could be something amazing. Looks like a massive property that was put in the wrong place. It could use a bit of upkeep here and there but by far and away the best value I have paid for a hotel. This place is significantly underrated. There has to be a story here I have not found, something happened and they are now limping along. Overall great stay"
