"The staff were lovely. They greeted us as soon as we went in for check in. The room is clean, pjs are comfortable. Onsen was lovely. Wifi was fast. The room was big and had seats. It was a lovely stay and close to everything. Laundry washing machine is free to use. The dryer is not. Water bottles can be received from counter. Water dispenser there isn’t one. There’s free coffee in the ground floor. "

"The hotel is strategically located three short blocks from the Sugamo Station on the Yamanote Line. It offers two precious amenities, a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet that provides protein, vegies, soups and cereal, yogurt and fruit cocktail, and much more. The other is the immaculate, impressive onsen on the top floor that stays open till 2 am. The beds are comfy, and the AC works on command and as cool as you want. Great value! Bravo!"

"Cleaning was only offered at an additional cost despite a 6 night stay. No breakfast. The room was ok though smalll and it should be noted for quests that the bathroom is snall and requires a step up. Otherwise, great location, relatively quiet, helpful staff."

"Very convenient! Walking distance to Costco and Aeon Mall. One stop away is the Outlet Mall and Zozo Stadium (though the walk from station to stadium is about 20 min). Also has 24 hour access to New Days conbini attached to hotel. Staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived and walked us to the taxi. We took a taxi to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball game at Zozo stadium. Cost of taxi was 1900 yen. We caught the train back to hotel...

"エグゼクティブツイン二段ベッド付で眠る分には十分で子供たちも楽しそうだったが、部屋自体は狭く感じる広さでした。 当たり前だが依頼すれば毎日清掃に入ってくれ快適に過ごせたが、フロアカーペットの掃除をもう少し丁寧にやって欲しいと思いました。 上野駅付近、総人数6人で1部屋を探してここが見つかったが御徒町駅が最寄りのようでした。"
