"You have to specifically ask them to clean your laundry OR get a drink ticket - we didn’t specify and ended up not getting either over 3 days. Besides that, the rooms were clean, the rooftop is small but good for drinks & food (no sun tanning), and the 24-hour front desk service is good."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is fabulous. We had a fantastic view of the pantheon and walked everywhere easily from the hotel. Our room was clean and functional. The hotel has a set of stairs to get to the small lift and these could use an update. The stairs are stained and worn and during the day have cleaning supplies for the housekeeping staff strewn on them.
