"Very clean, updated and staff friendly. Parking lots were a close walk. Breakfast good and restaurants for dinner in very close walking distance. No bathtub in the room, only shower. Also “onsen” is not mineralized, just hot chlorinated water. Easy to access one of the three private baths, with a short wait time. The ambiance in the baths was very relaxing and there’s an adjacent room with a massage chair and ice cream or a milky drink to enjoy after the bath."

"Beautiful boutique hotel with clean & spacious room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast area was not big but has a good variety of food which our family (kids included) enjoyed very much. Has a washer & dryer at 1st level, free for guests to use. Parking was not right next to hotel but was easy to locate & just a very short walk from the hotel - not an issue at all. Thank you for the good stay - will be back!"
