"I enjoyed my stay. The first room I was in was to stuffy and was a room where the windows didn't open. I talked to the front desk and they put me in a different room with an opening window and it was much better. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and it's very close to a bus stop, restaurant and carrefour city location(small grocery store) which was convenient"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location, easy parking. Small but adequate room, comfortable bed."

"The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. "Belle expérience."

"Chambres propres et calmes"

"Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got."

The towels were old, worn out, and unpleasant to use. When I tried to take a shower, there was only cold water. I went to reception, and after checking, the receptionist told me everything was fine. The water became slightly warm, but still not warm enough for a comfortable shower. The next morning, there was only cold water again. The...

"It was ok"

"Very basic room, not even a hot pot or coffee in room. The hotel is in need of a renovation . The area and roads around the hotel are under construction and very heavy car as well as foot traffic due to the hospital and medical facilities around the hotel. Very small tight parking lot. Staff are very nice ."
