"The hotel is located in the old town and very well kept Victorian style bed and breakfast place. The hotel staffs was very kind especially,Troy couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great and dinner at 301 restaurant was excellent. The testing menu was just great in terms of the price, quality and presentation."

"The owner was wonderful - helping us check in late, connecting over being from the same part of Texas, and giving a detailed tour for just us. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room completely unique, and the shared bathrooms very clean and accessible. A truly unique and singular stay!"

"Nice wood cabin in forest area. All modern amenities. Excellent front office staff for the help. Only suggestion is to make shower enclosure modern design for easy to get in and out , particularly for older persons current deep tub is hard to getinto"

"We had a great time here. The property is very nice, charming, well kept, quiet and thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the full kitchen, fluffy towels and towel warmer that worked quite well, the abundance of chargers and outlets, the French press and coffee as well as the hot, fresh, home made breakfast each morning that came complete with assorted cut fruit, yogurt, orange juice and a tasty hot entree. "Beautiful views of Clam Beach and comfy beds! We stayed 3 nights and found the property well appointed. Beautiful hot tub and plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy; we particularly enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pit. This was our second stay there and we will definitely be back!"

"I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. "
