"So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...

"The fact that the cottage has not been modernized was not a concern for us. But there are several areas that are unsafe such as the outdoor portico. The floor is unlevel which is a hazard for individuals with balance deficits. There are too many niknaks for safety with kids. The pictures are not representative of the condition of the property. The air conditioning is inadequate and all of the fan filters need to be cleaned. We were very grateful that we could keep our pets there."

We had a short walk to the park, beach and downtown, everything was very convenient. The kids loved the outdoor shower and firepit. This home is great for a trip with friends - plenty of bedrooms and room for the kids to play inside and outside. Would definitely recommend this home! "
