"I had a great week at Manta. The rooms are basic but all you need for a beachside scuba escape. The staff make the place. So friendly and helpful. For me the area that could be improved would be the pool areas. Both that I saw seem a bit tired / dirty and not inviting. I know at the time they were working on the area around the main pool but this means that the second pool should be kept really well so guests feel like using it. Thank you team Manta for being so friendly and welcoming. "

"The staff here are amazing 😍. I miss them already. From greeting us with our welcome drink and cold towel, the smiles and conversations. The delicious breakfast and asking how our sleep was. Asking what plans we are up to. It felt like they truly cared. Ooohh and the constant surprises all day and at bed!! ! "The property itself was in a great location in regards to things around the island and the harbor but it was noisy being right next to the restaurant at the hotel. I asked if their construction would continue the next few days and they said no just today, but every day when we tried to nap we’d hear the hammers .
