"We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently...
